I've had an unconventional career trajectory (especially having come from business school where most students end up in the finance sector) and am proud to have worked many an odd job throughout my history. As an individual with multiple side hustles and freelance experience, I thrive in changing environments. I'm a naturally creative person backed by organizational, communication and strategic skills.
In my free time, I'm playing tennis, writing a cookbook with volunteer organization Send Chinatown Love and eating my way thru the city.

Overview
I joined Depop to lead efforts to launch the ongoing free interactive educational program **Level Up,** aimed to support global sellers in learning how to improve and grow their Depop shop. The program consists of an eight-chapter educational course with workshops led by Top Sellers and industry experts, as well as a community component including discussion forum and live virtual events. Since the launch, I have supported the enrollment of 5000+ sellers with a 36% completion rate.
Additionally, I look after key seller programs including the Top Seller program (2K sellers) and the Learning Circle (3K sellers). Through comprehensive content and community management, I empower sellers with education and resources that enable them to grow their shops and increase sales.
Program & Community Management
As the key driver of Level Up, I drove community engagement through discussion-based initiatives and hosted several virtual events. I continuously worked to improve engagement metrics through developing feedback systems such as surveys and focus groups that allowed me to identify key gaps in user experience and needs. Using those learnings, I utilized XFN teams to bring incentives like seller free fees, curatorial features and more to the community, as well as streamlined the course flow.
Events
For Level Up and the broader organization, I have hosted 8+ livestream events and webinars centered on community and education. These events have garnered 99% of sellers wanting to join a future session and a 4.3 out of 5 rating. Topics range from fundamental knowledge to make a sale, how to get discovered, trends and inventory, shop feedback sessions and Top Seller Q&As.
Curation
For Depop’s in-app programming, I curate 20 sellers on a weekly basis for homepage features under the ‘Seller to Watch’ tiles. I choose sellers based on shop quality, customer feedback and desired inventory. I have also collaborated with the brand team for specific themes including Black History Month and International Women’s Day.
